"Attorney James Sweeting III graduated from Stetson University College of Law in December of 1986 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987. For over thirty years Mr. Sweeting has been a litigator in the struggle to advance the rights of the accused, under represented and under privileged. Mr. Sweeting was admitted to the Maryland Bar in July of 2016 and currently practices in Maryland and Florida in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Sweeting has been involved in landmark litigation advancing the cause of civil rights and on behalf of small business owners and non-profits.
